# Bookodile vs EasyWeek

> EasyWeek is a German booking system with a website builder, a point of sale, card payments and a marketplace, priced per workspace by user count. Bookodile is built for a business whose people, rooms and prices differ, and bills the booking spots you use rather than the users you add.

## [Bookodile or EasyWeek: what matters most](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#game-changers)

| Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|
| **[Every feature on a free account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#game-changer-every-feature-on-a-free-account)** — Every account, the free one included, has every feature and every add-on: the website, AI Chat, reminders, reviews, the team leaderboard. Only SMS need a paid plan, because each one is billed. | **No** ([The same features on every plan](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-plan-gating)) — Features unlock plan by plan: unlimited bookings, the till and online payments from Solo; gift cards, payroll and roles only on Unlimited. |
| **[A website you build with AI — on your own domain, free](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#game-changer-a-website-you-build-by-asking)** — Tell AI Chat what you want and it builds your website with you. The first draft comes in moments, made from your services, prices, team, hours and reviews, in a design you choose. Then just say what to change: “make it feel warmer”, “bring over the words from my old site”, “rewrite our About text”. Photo galleries sort into categories you name, and a category linked to a service gets its own Book button. Prices and opening hours stay in step with your bookings. Your own domain connects at no cost, and nothing goes public until you publish. | **Yes** ([A website for your business](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#website)) — A free site at your-name.easyweek.io, edited with templates and drag-and-drop blocks; its AI website builder is still in development, and your own domain is set up through support. |
| **[AI Chat — an AI assistant that helps with everything you need](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#game-changer-an-assistant-that-does-the-administration)** — Ask in your own words, typed or spoken, and AI Chat does the work. It sets up services, prices, the team and opening hours. It writes your bios and service descriptions and builds your website. It blocks out a holiday and hands those bookings to a colleague, moves bookings, and tells you what tomorrow holds and who changed what. Every change comes with Undo, in every account, the free one included. | **Partly** ([An AI assistant that sets up and runs your account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#ai-assistant)) — Its in-app AI Copilot is marked 'Coming 2026'; today your own ChatGPT or Claude can connect to change bookings, customers and services, but not settings. |
| **[Two people, one visit — each blocked only for their part](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#game-changer-two-people-one-visit)** — A visit can give each part its own team member, time and room, back to back. Each person is blocked only for their own part, and your team moves the whole visit in one step. | **Partly** ([Back-to-back services with different team members](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-staff-sequential)) — Your team can add a service for a different worker in the calendar; nothing documents customers booking two people, or each person blocked only for their part. |

## [What EasyWeek charges](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#pricing)

Per workspace, by how many users it has, in euros. Basic is free with 30 bookings a month; Solo is one user; Professional is up to five; Unlimited has no cap; Exclusive is on request. Each is billed monthly, yearly or for two years, the longer terms cheaper per month, and every plan shows the first month at half price. The Czech site shows the same euro prices with no koruna option, and the Polish site shows złoty converted at the day's rate but charges in euros. Text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal fees are on top of the plan. The 14-day trial asks for no card and, the page says, ends without auto-continuation — yet the FAQ on the same page says you are switched to the paid plan you chose when the trial ends. A 2024 help-centre article announcing the plans lists lower yearly and two-year prices than the pages show today, and no Solo plan at all, so read the page for your region before you decide.

| Plan | Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Basic | €0 | 30 bookings a month; no cap on team members, services or customers |
| Solo, monthly | €12.50 | One user, per month; €10.42 a month paid yearly, €8.33 a month paid for two years |
| Professional, monthly | €24.99 | Up to five users, per month; €20.83 a month paid yearly, €16.66 a month paid for two years |
| Unlimited, monthly | €49.90 | Any number of users, per month; €41.58 a month paid yearly, €33.27 a month paid for two years |
| Exclusive | On request | |
| Poland, monthly, shown in złoty | 53.92 zł – 215.23 zł | Solo 53.92 zł, Professional 107.79 zł, Unlimited 215.23 zł a month, converted at the day's rate; charged in euros |
| Text, WhatsApp and Viber messages | Top-up | At least 30 messages at a time; the per-country rate is shown only inside the app |

## What Bookodile charges

A base rate per location plus a rate per booking spot that actually took a booking that month, in country bands. Every feature and add-on is included at every price, there is no commission, and it is free at one location with up to two active spots and 40 bookings a month. The one thing billed by use is SMS: they need a paid plan and are billed per SMS on its invoice, capped each month. The figures live on one page so they cannot drift: https://bookodile.com/pricing — and the model is explained at https://bookodile.com/docs/what-bookodile-costs.

## [Why businesses switch from EasyWeek](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#why-switch)

- **[You pay for booking spots, not for users](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-you-pay-for-booking-spots-not-for-users)** — EasyWeek prices a workspace by its user count: Solo is one user, Professional is up to five, and a sixth means Unlimited, whatever those people do. Bookodile bills booking spots — several people taking turns at one station are one spot — and an owner or receptionist who takes no bookings costs nothing.
- **[A price and a duration per person](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-a-price-and-a-duration-per-person)** — EasyWeek's services guide sets one base price and one duration per service, and the only variation it documents is a 'special price' by day and time. Bookodile prices and times a service per team member or per category such as Junior and Senior, and the customer sees which is which.
- **[Every feature on every account, including the free one](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-every-feature-on-every-account-including-the-free-one)** — EasyWeek keeps online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics for Solo and above, and gift cards, payroll, roles and permissions and advanced analytics for Unlimited; Basic stops at 30 bookings a month. Bookodile has one plan with free limits: every account, free ones included, has every feature and every add-on, and the free tier allows 40 bookings a month. The one exception is SMS, which need a paid plan on Bookodile too, billed per SMS and capped each month.
- **[Two people, one visit, each blocked for their own part](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-two-people-one-visit-each-blocked-for-their-own-part)** — EasyWeek documents a booking with services for different team members only when staff build it in the admin calendar; how each person's time is blocked, and whether a customer can book it in the widget, are not described. A Bookodile combo gives each stage its own team member, duration and room, back to back, and the customer books it in one go.
- **[Roles you define, on every account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-roles-you-define-on-every-account)** — EasyWeek has three roles — Owner, Admin and User — with editable permissions, and its pricing page lists roles and permissions under Unlimited only. Bookodile ships Owner, Manager, Employee and Receptionist and lets you build a role permission by permission, on every account.
- **[Reviews that also ask for a Google review](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reason-reviews-that-also-ask-for-a-google-review)** — EasyWeek collects a review after each booking and shows it on your site, in the widget and in its catalog; its article describes no request for a Google review and says Google reads the average rating from the site. Bookodile asks every customer, not only the happy ones, for a Google review in the same email, and lets you reply in public or privately.

### [Pricing](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-pricing)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [A free plan that stays free](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#free-tier) | **Yes** — Free at one location with up to two active booking spots and 40 bookings a month, with every feature and add-on — SMS aside, which need a paid plan. Not a trial — a plan a small business stays on. A paid plan starts with 14 days free rather than a charge. | **Yes** — Basic is free with 30 bookings a month and no cap on services, customers or team members. The pricing table lists the website, the widget, reviews, in-app and Telegram reminders, Google Calendar and both apps under Basic, while the FAQ on the same page says automated reminders need a paid plan. Online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics start at Solo. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [No commission on bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-commission) | **Yes** — No commission, no new-client fee, no per-booking charge. The bill is the subscription, plus any SMS you send with the SMS messages add-on, billed per SMS and capped each month. | **Yes** — The app listing says no hidden fees and no commission per booking, and the catalog listing is free on every plan. Third-party fees for text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal are charged on top of the plan. [source](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awescode.EasyWeek) |
| [Every feature included](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#everything-included) | **Partly** — Every feature and add-on is included — reminders, reviews, vouchers, the waiting list, forecasting, Messages, AI Chat and the website with your own domain. The one thing billed by use is SMS: the SMS messages add-on is free, and each SMS is billed monthly with a paid plan at a price per country, never more a month than a cap that starts at the plan's own price. Each location is billed at a base rate. | **Partly** — Most features sit inside the plans. Sold separately: text, WhatsApp and Viber messages by top-up, at least 30 at a time, at a per-country rate shown only inside the app; a branded app under your own name on a quote; and custom development on prepayment. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4449105777425-Messages-pricing-and-recharging) |
| [The same features on every plan](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-plan-gating) | **Partly** — One plan, with free limits: every account, including a free one, has every feature and add-on. The one exception is SMS, which need a paid plan, because each one is billed on its invoice. | **No** — Solo unlocks unlimited bookings, the point of sale, online payments, a cancellation policy, customer segments, text and WhatsApp reminders and basic analytics. Professional adds stock and up to five users. Unlimited alone has gift cards, payroll and commission, roles and permissions, five-language localisation and advanced analytics. The help centre puts webhooks on the Pro plan. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [No minimum term or cancellation fee](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#no-contract) | **Yes** — Monthly, no minimum term, no cancellation fee. There is no yearly plan. | **Yes** — Billed monthly, yearly or for two years, and the pricing FAQ says you can cancel at any time. The help centre says the card on file cannot be removed while a subscription is active. Whether a prepaid yearly or two-year term is refunded is not stated. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [Processes your customers' card payments](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#payment-processing) | **No** — Bookodile does not take your customers' money. The payment-tracking add-on records what you were paid; payment stays between you and the customer. | **Yes** — Online payment through Stripe, where Stripe serves your country, as prepayment in the widget or by payment link, on Solo and above; the point of sale takes cash, QR, link and gift-card payments. The rate is not published: 'Fees depend on the payment provider you choose, your bank, or your subscription plan.' [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/online-payments) |

### [Taking bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-booking)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [A hosted booking page](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#hosted-booking-page) | **Yes** — bookodile.com/your-business, with your logo, colour, services — each with its photo, when you add one — and hours. One page per location. | **Yes** — A ready-made website at your-name.easyweek.io, on the free plan, plus a standalone widget address. Your own domain can point at it. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420320275601-Your-EasyWeek-website) |
| [Booking on your own website](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#embed-widget) | **Yes** — One snippet embeds the whole flow in any site — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or hand-built — inline or behind a Book-now button in your brand colour. A QR code is generated for print. | **Yes** — Four ways to embed — a floating button, your own button, a frame inside a page and a whole page — with guides for WordPress, Wix and Tilda. The help centre says the widget is in every plan at no extra cost. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420633577745-Embedding-widget-to-any-website) |
| [Customers book without an account or an app](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#guest-booking) | **Yes** — The customer gives only the details you require — a name, and an email, a phone number or both. No account, no app, no password. My Bookings, a web page they sign in to with an emailed code or Google, shows every booking they hold, if they want it. | **Yes** — The documented widget flow is location, service, team member, time slot, then details, where the default fields are name and phone. It describes no sign-in step. A text confirmation code was marked as under development in 2024. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Several services in one booking](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-service-booking) | **Partly** — Combo services chain stages into one booking, and the extras you configure are offered during booking, in more than one round. Customers do not pick arbitrary pairs from the catalogue — you decide which combinations exist. | **Partly** — From the calendar, staff add a second service to one booking with '+ Add another service'. 'Related services' bind two services with a discounted joint price, and the Unit widget lets a customer reserve several slots or items in one booking. Whether the standard widget lets a customer add a second service is not described. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4418877432081-Setting-up-your-first-event) |
| [Back-to-back services with different team members](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-staff-sequential) | **Yes** — Each stage of a combo can have its own team member, its own duration and its own room, booked back to back. Each person is blocked only for their own stage, never for the whole visit. Staff move the whole visit in one step, with the times that fit every person in it shown first. | **Partly** — The booking guide says staff can add another service 'for the same or a different worker' in the admin calendar, and the 2021 release notes call this several services for different performers in one appointment. Nothing documents a customer doing this in the widget, whether the stages follow each other, or whether each person is blocked only for their own stage. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4418877432081-Setting-up-your-first-event) |
| [Rooms, chairs and equipment as bookable resources](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#resources) | **Yes** — Rooms, chairs and equipment with a capacity and their own hours. A service can need a resource alone, a person alone, or both, and capacity is enforced when the booking is made. A service linked to several takes whichever one is free; a booking never holds two at once. Each one is open to anyone who does its services, or kept for named people when it belongs to them — three juniors share a chair while the master has his own. | **Yes** — Resources are rooms or equipment attached to a service, up to five resources with five copies each, and can be made obligatory so a booking is refused while they are in use. Units are bookable objects with no team member — a conference hall or a playroom — with their own schedule and a dedicated widget. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/10164195112337-Resources) |
| [Classes and events with a capacity](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-classes) | **Yes** — Events with a capacity and a registration list for one-off things; a recurring class is a service on a resource with a capacity, so it fills up and stops. | **Yes** — The feature page says group events can be created with a set number of participants. There is no help-centre article, so how a full class closes and how it is priced are not described. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/group-events) |
| [A different price per team member](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#per-staff-pricing) | **Yes** — A service can be priced per team member, or per category such as Junior and Senior. The customer sees each person's price as they choose who, and the category's name too if you show it. | **Not published** — The services guide sets one base price per service, and the only variation it documents is a 'special price' by day and time. No article describes a price per team member. |
| [A different duration per team member](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#per-staff-duration) | **Yes** — A service can take a different time per team member. Leave someone blank and they use the service's own duration. | **Not published** — Duration is a field on the service, in minutes. No article describes a duration per team member. |
| [Buffer time that blocks the calendar](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#buffer-time) | **Yes** — Each service can have its own buffer after it, up to 120 minutes, which blocks the person and any resource it used. Enforced on the booking page and in the booking API. | **Yes** — A 'pause after service' per service, for cleaning or a break, plus time blocking on the calendar, set per location. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420306441361-How-to-fill-out-a-services-list) |
| [A waiting list with automatic offers](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#waitlist) | **Yes** — Your team adds customers to the list; they cannot join it from the booking page. When a booking is cancelled, the time is offered automatically by email to whoever has waited longest for that service, with three hours to confirm — or until the time starts, if sooner — and confirming books them straight in. If nobody confirms, it goes to the next person waiting for that service within about ten minutes, as long as the time is still ahead and still free. | **Not published** — No help-centre article, feature page or release note mentions a waiting list. |
| [Recurring bookings](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#recurring-bookings) | **Partly** — Your team can repeat a booking of one service from the calendar — weekly, every two weeks or monthly, up to 52 visits — and cancel one visit or the whole series. A combo or a booking with add-ons cannot be repeated. Customers cannot book a recurring appointment themselves. | **Yes** — A series created by staff from the calendar — daily, weekly or monthly, with a count, a step and weekdays — and edited one at a time, from a date on, or all at once. The article does not describe customers booking a series themselves. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/14464253241361-Recurring-bookings) |
| [Booking rules](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#booking-rules) | **Yes** — Minimum notice (up to 72 hours), how far ahead (up to 365 days), start times every 5 to 60 minutes, auto-confirm or your approval, and a cancellation window (up to 168 hours) with late cancellation allowed or not — one set of rules per location. | **Yes** — A slot step from every 10 minutes to every 3 hours, a minimum lead time per service from 15 minutes to 24 hours, a limit on how far ahead customers can book, a cap on bookings per customer such as one an hour or one a week, phone-number checks and a blacklist by phone or IP. A new booking can wait for a team member to confirm it. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Customers cancel or reschedule themselves](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#self-service-cancel-reschedule) | **Yes** — Customers reschedule or cancel themselves from the link in their confirmation and reminder emails, or in My Bookings, outside your cancellation window, and can tell you why. A reschedule moves the whole visit in one step to a free time with the same team members and price, and the customer's calendar event moves with it. Inside the window they cannot reschedule online, and can cancel only if you allow late cancellations, once they accept they may be charged. | **Yes** — Each booking has its own page with reschedule and cancel buttons, shown until the window you set per service under Terms and policies runs out. Customers can also confirm or cancel by replying to a text or WhatsApp message. The pricing page puts the cancellation policy on Solo and above. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/26648939823889-Cancellation-policy) |
| [Deposits and no-show protection](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#deposits-no-show) | **No** — No card on file and no deposits, because Bookodile does not process payments. A no-show is marked on the booking and counted on the customer's record, never charged. You can let customers cancel late once they accept you may charge them; collecting it is up to you. | **Partly** — Prepayment through the widget can be made mandatory, with a payment-waiting timeout, and the help centre says only full prepayment is possible — while the no-show feature page says 'Request a deposit or full payment'. No-shows are marked by hand and tracked as lost revenue. No card on file or automatic no-show charge is documented. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/23385465770641-Payments-in-the-widget-when-booking) |
| [Extras offered while booking](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#upsells) | **Yes** — Extras are offered while booking, per service or per category, in up to several rounds, with an optional discount for adding them. A service can be offered only as an extra, off the list of services. | **Partly** — 'Related services' bind services together with a discounted price when they are ordered jointly. How they are offered to a customer during booking is not described, and the discount does not apply while a special-price calendar is active. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420624890385-Related-services) |

### [What customers see](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-customers)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [A website for your business](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#website) | **Yes** — Included in every account, the free one too. Built from your booking setup — services, prices, team, hours and reviews stay in step with it — with templates (switching one keeps every page, or takes a template whole with its texts rewritten for your business from your setup), one page or several in any of them, your own look, extra pages, languages, your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube as icons in the footer, and a photo gallery in categories you name — a category linked to a service opens its photos with that service's price and a Book button — photos made or enhanced with AI, changed by asking in your own words — pointing at any part of it on the preview — or by hand, typing straight onto the page and moving, copying or changing its sections where you see them, on a computer or a phone, and nothing public until you publish. An old website comes over by asking: its pages rebuilt as sections, with their own words and photos. It starts at yourname.bookodile.com; connect a domain you already own, at no cost, and it moves to www.yourbusiness.com. Every Book button opens your booking page at bookodile.com/your-business — the one under each team member with that person already chosen — and a Website visits report counts who came, from where, and how many booked, without cookies. Running promotions, upcoming events and announcements show on it too, and update themselves as they start and end. No blog, no online shop, and no code of your own. | **Yes** — A website generated from the business's details and services at your-name.easyweek.io; the pricing page lists 'Website' under Basic, the free plan. The website-builder page describes ready-made templates and a visual, drag-and-drop editor for content, colours, photos and structure, with booking built in. The October 2024 release notes add blocks for the account's services, team, gift certificates, reviews and locations — each location's card with its schedule and contacts — and FAQ, which can be reordered or removed. EasyWeek's AI page lists an 'AI Website Builder' that assembles a site from a description as 'In development'; no AI that changes the site from a request in plain words is live. Your own domain is bought from a registrar and pointed at the site with DNS records, and EasyWeek support finishes the setup; no EasyWeek charge or plan for it is published. Whether the site has more than one page is not described. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420320275601-Your-EasyWeek-website) (read 2026-10-17) |
| [Makes and improves your photos with AI](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#ai-photos) | **Yes** — Included in every account, the free one too, up to 30 photos a month per account, each try counted. Take a photo on your phone and Enhance it, a team member's or a service's too: in your own words in any language, with ideas for your kind of business, by picking a look from pictures, or by putting a person or finished work into a photo of your own place, with before and after to compare. Create a photo from a description for a place on your website that has none — the top of a page, a service's cover, a card, or your gallery — in your own photo style. Then say what should change, like "remove the hand" or "clear the background", and it edits that photo, keeping every version. AI Chat can make several at once. You choose each one, and nothing is public until you publish. It works on your website's photos: it will not make a person's face, your team's portraits or the outside of your place, because customers should see the real ones. | **Not published** — Not published. EasyWeek's AI page lists seven AI features and none is for photos; its 'AI Website Builder', which assembles a site from a description, is marked 'In development'. Its help article on the logo and profile photos describes only zooming and moving the picture you upload. |
| [Listed in a consumer marketplace](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#marketplace) | **No** — No marketplace. Your booking page carries only your business, and no competitor is shown beside you — which also means it sends you no new customers. | **Yes** — The EasyWeek catalog is a public directory of businesses that book through EasyWeek, and a consumer app searches it. Every plan is listed automatically and for free, and a business can hide itself under Online › EasyWeek marketplace. Ranking follows profile completeness and recent activity; a Verified badge needs an annual plan. | [An app for customers](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#customer-app) | **No** — No consumer app to download. Customers book in the browser. My Bookings, a web page they sign in to with an emailed code or Google, lists every booking they hold with any Bookodile business; there they cancel, keep their details up to date and can turn off a business's SMS. | **Yes** — 'EasyWeek App: book online' on iOS and Android, where customers find businesses in the catalog and book. A branded app under your own name is sold separately on a quote. [source](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/easyweek-app-book-online/id6569244926) |
| [Booking page languages](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#languages) | **Yes** — The booking page, the embedded widget and every email about a booking come in 17 languages: English, Slovak, Czech, Vietnamese, German, Hungarian, Polish, Ukrainian, Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Dutch, Romanian, Croatian, Slovenian and Chinese. Each location has a main language — English, Slovak, Czech or Vietnamese — and can add up to seven more, from the same list as its website. With more than one, the booking page shows a language switch and opens in the customer's own language when the location offers it (from the link, their last choice or their browser), otherwise in the main one. Every email and SMS about a booking goes out in the language it was made in; SMS in Ukrainian or Chinese go out in English, because they would not fit one SMS, while their emails and booking page stay in that language. Service names, descriptions, team bios and the location's other texts are translated automatically by AI, and the owner can correct any translation; names are never translated. The booking page's own wording in the 13 languages beyond English, Slovak, Czech and Vietnamese was written by AI and has not yet been read by a native speaker. What your customers read and what you read in the dashboard are separate settings. | **Partly** — The website and widget come in more than 20 languages, including Czech, German and English, with eight more added in March 2025, and customers can switch language while booking. Slovak and Vietnamese are not in the help centre's lists. The pricing page puts 'Localization 5 languages' in the Unlimited column without saying what other plans get. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/20357281086609-Website-and-widget-localizations) |
| [Your business's time zone, shown correctly](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#timezones) | **Yes** — Every time is shown in the business's own zone, including on your dashboard. A customer in another zone sees both clocks before they confirm. Locations in different zones each keep their own; the group's combined monthly totals count on one clock. Each location writes its times on a 24-hour or a 12-hour clock (2:30 PM) — its country's until you pick one — on the booking page, in emails and SMS, on the website and in the dashboard alike. | **Yes** — Online booking can switch time zone automatically, to the location's zone or the customer's position, and it can be set by hand. Message templates carry time-zone-aware timestamps. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4684615488657-Awesome-spring-2022-updates) |
| [Branding](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#branding) | **Partly** — Your own domain, at no cost: connect one you already own and your website moves to www.yourbusiness.com (the website row). The booking page its Book buttons open stays at bookodile.com/your-business, and the widget puts the same booking inside any other site you run, on that site's domain. Your logo, a second logo for dark backgrounds, a logo that links back to your own website, your brand colour with a contrast check, and announcements along the top of your booking page and your website. No custom CSS. | **Partly** — Widget colours from a palette or a HEX code, an accent colour and a background pattern; a website editor for colours, photos and blocks, a logo and icon, and page titles for search; your own domain by CNAME. No custom CSS is documented, and neither is removing EasyWeek's own branding. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420576874641-Widget-as-a-crucial-component) |
| [Dark mode on the booking page](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#dark-mode) | **Yes** — The hosted page follows the customer's device, and a sun-and-moon button lets them switch; My Bookings keeps the same choice. Your brand colour is adjusted to stay visible on dark. The embedded widget stays light on purpose, so it matches the website it sits in. | **Not published** — No article describes a dark theme for the website or the widget; the appearance settings list colours and background patterns only. |
| [Book buttons on Google, Instagram and Facebook](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#social-booking) | **No** — No Reserve with Google or Instagram integration. Your booking link, bookodile.com/your-business, goes in your Google profile, your bio or a post like any link. Campaign tracking, an included add-on, gives ready-tagged links for Google, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok and counts the bookings each one brings. | **Partly** — Reserve with Google from Google Maps, limited to businesses in Google's beauty category, paid services over 15 minutes and 30 days of open slots; an appointment link on the Google Business Profile; links for the Instagram bio and stories; a link in the Facebook page's website field rather than a Book button; TikTok. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/11647580519953-Bookings-from-Reserve-with-Google) |
| [Found on Google under your own name](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#search-visibility) | **Yes** — On from the start, once an automatic check of the business name passes — normally within minutes: your booking page is in the sitemap search engines read, under your business's name, with your own description and address as the snippet, and Bing and others are told when it changes. A published website is listed the same way at its own address, from its first online booking or two weeks after publishing. One switch keeps both out. Search engines still decide what to show and when. | **Yes** — The website has an SEO box for its own meta title and description, added in November 2023, and the website-builder page says every template is optimised for search engines; the website is on every plan, Basic included. A location's page in the EasyWeek catalog — a profile on EasyWeek's marketplace — is public too, and the catalog article says hiding it marks the page not to be indexed. ### [Running the business](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#group-operations)

| | Bookodile | EasyWeek |
|---|---|---|
| [An AI assistant that sets up and runs your account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#ai-assistant) | **Yes** — AI Chat, in every account including the free one, with a daily allowance per account. Ask in English, Slovak, Czech or Vietnamese, typed or spoken: it answers how-to questions from this documentation and your own settings, explains why a day has no free times and who changed what; sets up team, services, prices, hours, rooms, booking rules, add-ons, logo and brand colour, and the order of your services and team; writes bios, your about text and service descriptions; builds and changes your website's draft and brings over the words of an old site; and moves, cancels or hands over bookings and blocks time, once or repeating. It shows every change first and waits for you to apply it, with Undo — only texts and the website's draft go in at once, still with Undo, and the website stays private until you publish. It answers you, not your customers, and does not create bookings. | **Partly** — No assistant for the business is live inside EasyWeek: the in-product 'AI Copilot' that would move appointments from a typed request is marked 'Coming 2026'. What is marked 'Live' is an MCP server: the business connects its own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and, in plain language, creates, reschedules and completes bookings, changes their team member or service, creates and updates customers and services, blocks time, takes point-of-sale orders and switches reminders on or off. Its help article, updated 15 September 2026, says it cannot send customers messages, delete customers or bookings, change workspace settings or touch the subscription. An 'AI receptionist' that books customers by chat on the website, WhatsApp, Telegram or Instagram is in 'Beta testing', and AI service descriptions and an AI website builder are not live yet. No plan or price is published for any of them. Read on the Irish site. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/ai) (read 2026-10-17) |
| [Calendar](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#calendar) | **Yes** — Day, week and month. Drag a booking to a new time or a different person — the calendar names any clash first, and Undo puts it back for ten seconds after. Block out time for the business, one person or a resource — once, or repeating every day, on chosen weekdays, every two weeks or every month. Add a walk-in; filter by person, service or resource. A visit with several services moves as one — dragged, or from the booking dialog, which shows the times that fit everyone first and still takes any other day and time, listing what it clashes with. | **Yes** — Day and week views, a list mode, automatic assignment of a team member, colour coding, time blocking, and a choice to show a multi-service booking as one card or several. A month view and drag-and-drop are not described in the help centre. [source](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.awescode.EasyWeek) |
| [A native app for your team](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#staff-app) | **No** — No native app. The dashboard is a web app that installs to a phone's home screen and works there, online. No push notifications: the team is told about bookings by email. | **Yes** — 'EasyWeek: Booking & CRM' on iOS and 'EasyWeek – Online Booking' on Android, listed under Basic on the pricing page as the business app. [source](https://apps.apple.com/us/app/easyweek-appointment-scheduler/id1532879003) |
| [Several locations in one account](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#multi-location) | **Yes** — Up to 50 locations in one account — a guard against misuse, raised on request — each with its own team, hours, services and booking page. A new location can start from one you have — its services with prices, hours, booking rules, logo and colours and website — and takes the team members you pick. Customers are one list across them, a team member can work at several with one sign-in, and a group dashboard totals them. The free plan covers one location; each location is billed at a base rate. | **Yes** — Locations under Settings › Business › Locations, each with its own hours, photos, services and team, in one account; the first is created at registration. Plans are priced by user count and the pricing page has no per-location line. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4420306328209-Adding-locations-branches) |
| [Roles and permissions](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#roles-permissions) | **Yes** — Owner, Manager, Employee and Receptionist ready-made, or build a role and set each permission by hand — including whether someone sees only their own bookings, customers and figures, takes bookings at all, can message customers, or manages billing, which only the owner can give. | **Extra cost** — Three roles — Owner, Admin and User — with permissions that can be edited per role under Staff › Permissions. The pricing page lists 'Roles & permissions' in the Unlimited column only; the help-centre article names no plan. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [A history of who changed what](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#change-history) | **Yes** — Activity records changes to bookings, customers, services, resources, the team, time off, blocked time and settings: what changed from what to what, who did it — a team member by name, the customer, or automatic — how and when. Each role sees the history of what it can open, a booking's own history sits in the booking window with what the customer was sent, and it exports to CSV. Kept 24 months, in every account. Not recorded: what a role may do, prices set per team member or category, payment records, billing and add-on records such as vouchers; a note shows as edited, never its words. | **Partly** — The one change history EasyWeek publishes is in finance: a 2021 release note says the history of cancelled and deleted transactions is shown to the Owner role only, without saying whether it names who made each change. No log of changes to bookings, customers, services or settings is described. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4498195590929-EasyWeek-the-biggest-update-2021) (read 2026-10-16) |
| [Reports](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reports) | **Yes** — Revenue, bookings, average value and cancellation rate over the last twelve months, charted month by month, with bookings by status, new customers, top services and the team ranked by revenue; per location or across all. A no-show counts as a booking, never as revenue. Website visits shows who came to your website, from where, and how many booked. Forecasting, revenue split, booking sources and payments received are included add-ons. The period is fixed at twelve months. | **Yes** — Profit and loss, revenue and average sale, turnover per till, team workload, booking dynamics, new and returning customers and UTM sources, exported to Excel or PDF. 'Basic analytics' is on Solo and above; 'Advanced analytics' on Unlimited only. No forecast or retention report is documented. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4684431200785-Affordable-analytics-from-EasyWeek) |
| [A leaderboard for the team](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#team-leaderboard) | **Yes** — A monthly competition on bookings or revenue that the whole team sees, with a winner per category if you want one, results frozen and emailed on the 1st, and a Hall of fame. Revenue amounts stay hidden from the team unless you show them. Up to three at once, per location. An included add-on. | **Partly** — Analytics from the Solo plan show each team member's planned and worked hours, services completed and workload side by side, for the owner. The ordinary user role is documented as seeing only its own schedule and working hours; no ranking or winner is described. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/4684431200785-Affordable-analytics-from-EasyWeek) |
| [Point of sale, stock and payroll](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#pos-inventory-payroll) | **No** — No point of sale, no stock, no payroll — a walk-in is a booking. The included payment-tracking add-on records what each visit was paid, by cash, card or transfer, with part-payments and tips shared between the people who did the work, and Revenue split works out each team member's share at the percentage you set, month by month. | **Yes** — A point of sale with invoices, refunds and tax on Solo and above; product stock with consumables tracked per service on Professional and above; payroll and commission schemes — percentage, fixed, hourly, shift or product sales — on Unlimited. [source](https://easyweek.ie/pricing) |
| [Confirmations and reminders](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reminders) | **Yes** — Confirmations, a reminder the day before at 8:00, two hours before or both — your choice — changes, cancellations and follow-ups by email, all included, in the language the customer booked in. By SMS too with the SMS messages add-on: the add-on is free, and SMS need a paid plan — billed monthly with it, per SMS, capped each month. SMS reach numbers in 14 countries today; Czechia, the US and Canada are coming soon. | **Partly** — Email and Telegram reminders are free, plus in-app push; text and WhatsApp reminders are prepaid top-ups at a per-country rate shown only inside the app, on Solo and above. Several reminders per booking at intervals you choose, such as 24 hours, 2 hours and 30 minutes before, and customers can confirm or cancel by replying. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/30370070966929-EasyWeek-automatic-reminders) |
| [Messages with one customer, in one inbox](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#customer-messages) | **Yes** — Messages, in every account: write to one customer from the calendar or their page by email, SMS or both, and read their answer in one inbox, with unread ones marked and the team told by email. Email is included; SMS need the SMS messages add-on on a paid plan, billed per SMS — Czech, US and Canadian numbers coming soon. The customer answers on a page the message links to, not by replying to the email or text, and cannot start a conversation. No WhatsApp. | **Not published** — Not published. The help centre describes automatic notifications by email, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram and app, a history of what was sent, and customers confirming or cancelling by reply; no article describes a team member writing to one customer or reading an answer inside EasyWeek. |
| [Email and text campaigns](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#marketing-campaigns) | **Partly** — No bulk email or SMS campaigns. Included add-ons instead: a win-back sequence of up to three emails to customers overdue for a visit, judged by their own usual gap, never to anyone with a booking ahead and starting over after their next visit, the later ones with a one-time discount code; promotions and announcements on your booking page and your website, an announcement optionally kept on the booking page for customers who have booked before; and Campaign tracking, which shows which ads and links bring bookings. | **Partly** — Customer segments by filter, exported to a spreadsheet; automations for repeat-booking reminders, review requests and delayed thank-you messages; the app listing says targeted campaigns can be sent from the system. No help-centre article describes a bulk email or text campaign. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/workflow-automations) |
| [Reviews](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#reviews) | **Yes** — Collect a rating and comment after each visit, publish them on your booking page and website when you choose — all of them, never hand-picked — reply in public or privately, and ask every customer, not only the happy ones, for a Google review in the same email. | **Partly** — A review request goes out automatically after the booking ends, and reviews show in the admin, on the website, in the widget beside the team member and in the catalog. You can reply but not edit or delete. The article describes no request for a Google review; it says Google picks up the average rating from the site's structured data. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/23703919405073-How-to-manage-client-reviews) |
| [Gift vouchers, discount codes and promotions](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#vouchers-discounts) | **Partly** — Gift vouchers, discount codes, promotions and upsell discounts, all included. No packages or memberships, and vouchers are issued by you rather than sold online. | **Partly** — Gift cards with a face value and a sale price, single or multi-use, valid one to twelve months, sold online through the widget — in the Unlimited column of the pricing page. Memberships, a loyalty programme, related-service discounts and a schedule-based special price have feature pages that name no plan. Discount codes are not documented. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/17028922843665-Gift-cards) |
| [Google or Outlook calendar sync](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#calendar-sync) | **Partly** — Bookings are pushed into one Google Calendar per location as they are made, moved or cancelled. One direction only — Google events do not block your availability — not one calendar per team member, and no Outlook sync. Customers can add their own booking to Google, Outlook or Apple Calendar. | **Yes** — Two-way Google Calendar per user — bookings go to Google and Google events block time in EasyWeek. Outlook appears as a tile on the integrations page with no article behind it. Zoom, Meet and Teams links can be added to bookings. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/7454714493841-Google-Calendar-EasyWeek-integration) |
| [Intake and consent forms](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#forms) | **Partly** — A consent checkbox in your own wording, with a link to your privacy policy — each customer's agreement is recorded with the date and the wording they saw — invoice details that can be optional or required, and a notes field. No custom intake forms or questions, and no e-signatures. | **Yes** — A form builder with text, drop-down, checkbox, radio, date and time, phone and email fields, required fields, and a different form per service or category, plus custom customer attributes. No consent templates or e-signatures are documented. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/features/form-builder) |
| [Your data: export, import, API](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#data-portability) | **Partly** — Export bookings, customers and the activity log to CSV whenever you like. No import tool yet — customers from another tool are added one at a time or as they book — and no public API. | **Yes** — Customers import from an Excel or CSV file, with first name and phone as the minimum; segments export to a spreadsheet and reports to Excel or PDF. A public REST API with an API key at 60 requests a minute, up to five webhooks on the Pro plan, Zapier and Make. [source](https://support.easyweek.io/hc/en-us/articles/12898443661841-How-to-fill-the-customers-database) |
| [Support](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#support) | **Yes** — Email support, included, with the documentation at bookodile.com/docs behind it, and AI Chat in the dashboard, which answers how-to questions from that documentation and from your own settings. A new business is walked through its setup in AI Chat right after signing up — its services, texts and website — at no cost. No phone line, and no chat with a person. | **Yes** — Chat on the site, WhatsApp, a Telegram bot and email, seven days a week and free on every plan, plus a bookable call with a personal manager. No phone line. The pricing FAQ reserves priority support for paid plans. [source](https://easyweek.ie/business/support) |

## [Where EasyWeek is stronger](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strengths)

- **[A full back office in the same product](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-full-back-office-in-the-same-product)** — A point of sale with invoices, refunds and tax, product stock, finance with a profit-and-loss view, and payroll with commission schemes by percentage, fixed amount, hour, shift or product sales. Bookodile has none of these; a walk-in is a booking, and the payment-tracking add-on records what you were paid.
- **[It takes your customers' money](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-it-takes-your-customers-money)** — Prepayment through the widget via Stripe, payment links, and a till that takes cash, QR, link and gift-card payments, from the Solo plan up. Bookodile does not process payments or take deposits.
- **[A marketplace, a consumer app and native apps for the team](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-marketplace-a-consumer-app-and-native-apps-for-the-team)** — Every EasyWeek business is listed for free in its catalog and consumer app, and the team gets iOS and Android apps on the free plan. Bookodile has no marketplace, no consumer app and no native app; its dashboard is a web app that installs to a phone's home screen.
- **[Text, WhatsApp and Telegram reminders, and Reserve with Google](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-text-whatsapp-and-telegram-reminders-and-reserve-with-google)** — Reminders go out by text, WhatsApp, Telegram, email and push, and customers confirm or cancel by replying; Reserve with Google takes bookings from Maps for businesses in Google's beauty category. Bookodile reminds by email, and by one-way SMS with its SMS messages add-on on a paid plan — not yet to Czech numbers; it has no WhatsApp, Telegram or Reserve with Google.
- **[An API and an import, beside a free website](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-website-your-own-domain-an-api-and-an-import)** — A public REST API, webhooks, Zapier and Make, and customer import from a spreadsheet, beside a free website at your-name.easyweek.io that your own domain can point at. Bookodile's website is free too, and a domain of your own connects to it, but Bookodile has no import tool and no public API, and its booking page stays at bookodile.com.
- **[More than twenty booking-page languages](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-more-than-twenty-booking-page-languages)** — Including Czech, German and English, with eight more added in 2025 and a language picker while booking. Bookodile's booking page has 17, Slovak and Vietnamese among them, and a location can offer up to eight, with a switch for the customer.
- **[A flat price for a team of five](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-flat-price-for-a-team-of-five)** — Basic is free for any number of team members at 30 bookings a month, Solo is one flat price for one user, and Professional one flat price for up to five, however busy they are. Bookodile's bill grows with each spot that takes a booking, so compare the two for your own headcount before anything else on this page.
- **[A connection for Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#strength-a-connection-for-claude-chatgpt-and-cursor)** — EasyWeek runs an MCP server: connect your own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and it creates and moves bookings, updates client records and services, blocks time and works the till in plain language, asking you to confirm before it cancels a booking or refunds an order. Whether your AI tool can add the connection depends on that tool's own plan. A second connector, EasyWeek Booking, lets people ask Claude or ChatGPT for a place with free time and answers from EasyWeek's catalog with a link to the booking page, free on every plan. Bookodile's AI Chat works inside its own dashboard; Bookodile has no public API and no connector for outside AI tools.

## Notes for anyone selling Bookodile

These are the claims not to make against EasyWeek, because they are not true:

- Do not say EasyWeek has no waiting list, no dark mode, or no price or duration per team member. Its help centre is silent on all four, which is not the same as absent.
- Do not say EasyWeek cannot book two services with two team members for a customer. Staff can do it in the admin calendar; the widget and per-stage blocking are undocumented, not disproven.
- Do not claim Bookodile is cheaper than EasyWeek for one person or for five. Basic is free for any headcount at 30 bookings a month, and Solo and Professional are flat prices. Sell the capability, not the bill.
- Do not quote a card-processing rate for EasyWeek. None is published; its page says fees depend on the provider, your bank or your plan.
- Do not quote EasyWeek prices in dollars or koruna. No vendor page publishes either; the dollar figures in circulation are third-party listings, and the Czech site prices in euros.
- Do not say EasyWeek has no Slovak booking page. Slovak is not in its help-centre language lists, but a vendor-supplied list on a review site includes it.
- Do not quote customer counts as fact. EasyWeek's own site says 5,000+ businesses and its consumer app listing says 35,000+ professionals; the two are not the same figure.
- Do not imply Bookodile takes payments, sells gift cards online, sends WhatsApp or Telegram messages, has an app, a marketplace, an import tool or an API. EasyWeek has all of these; Bookodile does not. Bookodile does send text messages, but only with its SMS messages add-on on a paid plan, and not yet to Czech numbers.
- Do not sell Bookodile's website as something EasyWeek lacks. EasyWeek's is free too, on its free plan, and your own domain can point at it. And do not say a Bookodile booking page sits on the business's own domain: the website does, the booking page stays at bookodile.com.
- Do not say EasyWeek has no AI that changes the account. Its MCP server lets a business's own Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor create, move and cancel bookings in plain language, and an in-product 'AI Copilot' is announced for 2026. Say what is live today, not that nothing is.
- Do not say EasyWeek cannot message one customer, or keeps no history of changes beyond finance. Its help centre describes only automatic notifications and, in a 2021 note, a finance history for the Owner; silence about the rest is not absence.

## [Common questions](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq)

**[Is EasyWeek really free?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-is-easyweek-really-free)**

Yes, with a cap. The Basic plan allows 30 bookings a month with no limit on team members, services or customers, and includes the website, the widget, reviews and the apps. Online payments, a cancellation policy, text reminders and analytics start at Solo. Bookodile is also free, at one location with up to two active booking spots and 40 bookings a month, with every feature and add-on included — SMS aside, which need a paid plan on Bookodile too.

**[Can I move my customers from EasyWeek to Bookodile?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-can-i-move-my-customers-from-easyweek-to-bookodile)**

EasyWeek exports a customer segment to a spreadsheet. Bookodile does not yet import one. Customers are created automatically the first time they book, so the list rebuilds itself as regulars return, and your team can add anyone by hand in the meantime.

**[Does Bookodile take payments, prepayment or gift-card sales like EasyWeek?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-does-bookodile-take-payments-prepayment-or-gift-card-sales-like-easyweek)**

No. Bookodile does not process payments, take prepayment or sell gift vouchers online. Payment stays between you and your customer, however you already handle it, and the payment-tracking add-on records what arrived. Vouchers are issued by you rather than sold on the page.

**[Which languages can my customers book in?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-which-languages-can-my-customers-book-in)**

EasyWeek's website and widget come in more than 20 languages, including Czech, German and English; Slovak is not in its help-centre lists, and Vietnamese appears nowhere. Bookodile's booking page comes in 17 languages, Slovak and Vietnamese among them: each location has a main language and can add up to seven more, which customers pick on the page, separately from the language you read your dashboard in. Its wording in the 13 beyond English, Slovak, Czech and Vietnamese was written by AI and has not yet been read by a native speaker.

**[What happens to my EasyWeek website, catalog listing and Reserve with Google?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-what-happens-to-my-easyweek-website-catalog-listing-and-reserve-with-google)**

They are EasyWeek's; Bookodile has no marketplace and no Reserve with Google. Your booking page becomes bookodile.com/your-business, and every place the old link lives — your Google Business Profile, your bio, your own site — gets the new one. Bookodile builds a website of its own from your services, prices, team, hours and reviews, at yourname.bookodile.com, and a domain you already point at EasyWeek can be pointed at it instead, at no cost. Bookodile generates a QR code for print.

**[How does the pricing compare for a team of five?](https://bookodile.com/compare/bookodile-vs-easyweek#faq-how-does-the-pricing-compare-for-a-team-of-five)**

On EasyWeek, five users fit the Professional plan at €24.99 a month, or less paid yearly or for two years, however many bookings they take. On Bookodile, five people each taking their own bookings are five booking spots, which is above the free tier; the figure for your country is on the pricing page. If two of them take turns at one station, that is four spots.

## Who EasyWeek is for

EasyWeek is a German booking system that has grown into a small back office:
a booking website and widget, a calendar, a point of sale, stock, payroll,
gift cards and a consumer catalog, in one workspace. Its solution pages cover
a dozen service sectors, its help centre is in English, Russian and
Ukrainian, and its localised sites cover most of Central and Western Europe —
but there is no Slovak or Vietnamese site. Prices are in euros wherever you
sign up.

Bookodile is narrower on purpose. It is for a business where the people are
not interchangeable, where one visit can involve two people, and where the
booking is the job — payment, stock and pay stay with whatever you already
use. Those are the rows on this page where the two products differ most.

## The pricing model, in practice

EasyWeek charges per workspace, by user count. Basic is free and allows 30
bookings a month with any number of users. Solo covers one user at €12.50 a
month, Professional up to five at €24.99, and Unlimited any number at €49.90;
each is cheaper per month paid yearly or for two years, and the first month
is half price. The Czech site shows these euro prices with no koruna option;
the Polish site shows złoty converted at the day's rate but charges in euros.
Text, WhatsApp, Stripe and PayPal fees are on top of the plan.

Two things on the page are worth reading twice. The trial is 14 days without
a card and, the page says, ends without auto-continuation — but the FAQ
further down says you are switched to the paid plan you chose when it ends.
And a 2024 help-centre article announcing the plans lists lower yearly and
two-year prices than the pages show today, and no Solo plan.

Bookodile charges per location plus per booking spot that actually took a
booking that month. People who take no bookings are not counted, and several
people taking turns at one station are one spot. SMS, with the SMS messages
add-on on a paid plan, are billed per SMS on top, capped each month. The
figures for your country are on [the pricing page](/pricing) and the model is
explained in [What Bookodile costs](/docs/what-bookodile-costs).

Which is cheaper depends on the headcount. One user, or a team of five that
wants what Professional includes, pays one flat price on EasyWeek. The case
for Bookodile is what the rows below describe, not the bill.

## Two services, two people

EasyWeek documents this from the staff side. Its guide to creating a booking
says that if several services are planned for one visit, staff can add
another "for the same or a different worker" with *+ Add another service*,
and the calendar can show such a booking as one block or as separate ones. The
2021 release notes that introduced it describe several services for different
performers in one appointment, and a 2022 note adds a tool to copy or move
the whole set across team members. A separate feature, *Collective
performance*, attaches several team members and resources to one service at
the same time — that is simultaneous work, not a sequence.

What the articles do not say is whether the second service starts when the
first ends, whether each team member's calendar is blocked only for their own
stage, or whether a customer can pick two services with two team members in
the standard widget. The widget article describes choosing a location, a
service, a team member and a time slot, and the separate Unit widget lets a
customer take several slots in one booking. This page does not guess the
rest.

In Bookodile the same thing is a combo service: one service with one person
and a second with another, as stages of one booking. Each stage carries its
own team member, its own duration and its own room if it needs one, and each
person is blocked only for their stage. The customer books once and receives
one confirmation. Staff move the whole visit in one step, with the times that
fit every person in it shown first.

## Switching from EasyWeek

- **Customers.** EasyWeek exports a customer segment to a spreadsheet.
Bookodile has no import tool yet; customers are created the first time
they book, and your team can add anyone by hand.
- **Bookings.** EasyWeek's exports are reports to Excel or PDF. Bookodile
does not import bookings; run the two side by side until the EasyWeek
calendar empties out, then switch the link. Export before you cancel:
EasyWeek's pricing FAQ says data is kept for 30 days after cancellation.
- **Your website and booking link.** The your-name.easyweek.io site is
EasyWeek's. Bookodile builds a website from your booking setup at
yourname.bookodile.com, and a domain of your own that pointed at EasyWeek
can be pointed at it instead, at no cost — the website goes on your domain,
the booking page stays at bookodile.com/your-business. Every place the old
booking link lives gets the new one, and Bookodile generates a QR code for
  the counter.
- **The catalog, the consumer app and Reserve with Google.** All three are
EasyWeek channels with no Bookodile equivalent. Your Google Business
Profile can still carry the booking link as its appointment link.
- **Payments, gift cards, stock and payroll.** If you run these through
EasyWeek, you need a separate way to do them. Bookodile records payments
and issues vouchers; it does not take money, sell gift cards online, count
  stock or pay staff.
- **Text and WhatsApp reminders.** Bookodile reminds by email, and by SMS
with the SMS messages add-on on a paid plan — not yet to Czech numbers.
A reminder goes the day before at 8:00, two hours before, or both, as you
  choose. There is no WhatsApp.

## Where each one fits

Choose EasyWeek if you want the point of sale, stock and payroll in the same
product as the calendar, card payments and prepayment inside the booking,
reminders by WhatsApp or Telegram or a text customers answer by replying, a
listing in a marketplace, an API, or a booking page in a language Bookodile
does not have.

Choose Bookodile if your people are priced or timed differently, if one
visit can involve two people each blocked for their own part, if you want
roles you define, if every feature but SMS should be on a free account, or
if your customers read Slovak or Vietnamese.
