Your website's setup list is now beside Publish

Until your website is first published, Setup sits beside the Publish button with how much is done, and opens the list of what only you can add. Bookodile's chat beside the preview is just the chat again.

• Each step still continues in the chat
• What you answered while getting started shows as done
• Hide the list, and bring it back from ⌘K with Website setup
